Project description
A new web app for finding and managing dental treatments. I worked with the Scoute founder, the project manager, and the development agency, to create and test the UX, UI and design system of the web app and landing site.
Brand and Logo design
Using the existing brand material and complying with the stakeholder requests, I conducted brand research and created the logo, font and colour scheme.
Information gathering and web app map
I analysed the existing material (mockups and user journeys), brainstormed with the client, and created two sitemaps, one for Patients and one for Dentists. Please see the maps in the appendix at the end of this page.
Patients web app
The web app allows Patients to search for clinics and dentists worldwide, shortlist and rate them, ask for quotes, book and manage appointments, and have a direct chat with the dentist.
I created all the micro user journeys and states while developing the UI language and related assets within the design system, based on the approved brand features.
I also created the mobile version of the pages necessary to integrate the design library and provide sufficient design guidelines to developers.

Dentists web app
Dentists can use Scoute to create their clinic profile and attract new customers, respond to their quotes requests, book and manage existing patients' profiles, appointments and quotes, and chat with their team and with patients. They can also create their own or their teams' dentist profiles and manage levels of visibility.
I created each sub-user journey, and evolved the design system with ad-hoc components, in order to create a consistent and scalable design language.

Dentists user testing
The client planned and drafted user testing sessions for the dentists' web app. I contributed to the test scripts and created clickable prototypes for each user task.
I participated in the test as a moderator and improved the user experience based on the test results.

Landing website
Scoute website presents the product to both patients and dentists and encourages singing up and getting in touch with the team. I created structure, concepts, and designs.
