Project description
Scoute is a B2B-2C SaaS for finding and managing dental studios and treatments globally. I collaborated with the Scoute founder, the project manager, and the development agency, supporting the initial and growth phases throughout the entire design lifecycle—from ideation to refined UI. I worked closely with stakeholders and key users to create and test the UX, UI, and design system of both the web app and the landing pages.
Brand and Logo design
Using the existing brand material and complying with the stakeholder requests, I conducted brand research and created the logo, font and colour scheme.
UX and web app map
I analysed the existing mockups and user research, brainstormed with the client, and created two sitemaps, one for Patients and one for Dentists. Please see the maps in the appendix at the end of this page.
Patients web app
The web app allows patients to search for clinics and dentists worldwide, shortlist and rate them, request quotes, book and manage appointments, and chat directly with dentists.
I designed all the micro user journeys and states while developing the UI language and related assets within the design system, based on the approved brand guidelines.
Additionally, I created the mobile version of key screens and components, incorporating mobile-specific elements into the design system to guide developers in building the mobile experience.

Dentists web app
Dentists can use Scoute to create their clinic profile and attract new customers, respond to their quotes requests, book and manage existing patients' profiles, appointments and quotes, and chat with their team and with patients. They can also create their own or their teams' dentist profiles and manage levels of visibility.
I created each sub-user journey, and evolved the design system with ad-hoc components, in order to create a consistent and scalable design language.

Dentists user testing
In collaboration with Scoute Fouder, I planned and drafted user testing sessions for the dentists' web app. I contributed to the test scripts and created clickable prototypes for each user task.

Responsive design and patient mobile app concept
While Scoute was primarily designed as a desktop SaaS platform, we prioritized developing responsive design system elements and key mobile screens for both patients and dentists to guide our development team.
Additionally, I developed a mobile app concept for patients, as Scoute's target users included individuals searching globally for trusted dental clinics and professionals to find the most cost-effective country for their treatments.

Scoute website presents the product to both patients and dentists and encourages singing up and getting in touch with the team. I created structure, concepts, and designs.
