Project Overview
Working with The Lab team, within a very tight deadline, I created content maps, wireframes, interactive user journeys, design concepts, and UI designs for Tipi, an innovative real estate company.
I also oversaw the production of the mobile wireframes and design, briefing the designer and ensuring a seamless experience across touchpoints.
UX and Salesforce integration
Starting from the flowcharts displaying the salesforce integration functionality and from the different personas, I created content maps (see Appendix 1), wireframes, and interactive user journeys.

Creative design concepts and UI
The brand guidelines were still a work in progress when I started researching the creative concepts.
This allowed freedom for the creation of a visual style that feels upscale as well as innovative and congenial to different audiences and age ranges.

In order to meet the tight deadline, a designer was dedicated to the wireframing and UI design of the mobile. I’ve worked closely with them, overseeing the production and verifying the consistency of functionality and design.
